Poor service and lack of updates

Haven't received my purchase, one update that they await stock on the colour I ordered. I then requested that they inform on available colors with no reply or updates. I ordered from Temu after I ordered from Snatcher. Temu order will be delivered on Monday.... Third time purchasing from Snatcher and unfortunately I regret doing so every time.
