Poor service and lack of customer service - Snatcher

The response time, customer service (lack thereof) is appalling. Received order approximately 3 weeks from date of order. Incorrect item received. No response to emails regarding incorrect item. Definitely wouldn't recommend Snatcher at all. After waiting 3 weeks for item, only to receive incorrect product all together. Highly disappointing.
