Poor service and failure to fulfil refund
Poor service. I placed an order in May, delivery was not fulfilled. A refund was subsequently requested in June, it’s August and I yet to receive my refund. It seems like an autogenerated response that I receive on mail. No where to escalate to and it doesn’t seem I will be getting my refund anytime soon. I would not recommend them.
