Poor service and don't receive your order. ***** your money

Order on July 05, 2024. After many inquiries, I received only 2 smallest items month later. Mixer doesn't work at all. Reported on website phone no don’t work. Sent video as requested, now silence. They don’t reply to email or on website. Courier report is a nightmare, out for collection and the again cancelled. Gone is my money.
