Poor service and client engagement

Pathetic service. Order items from them online. Upon receipt one of the items (electronic) was opened, chucked in a box and all dusty (clearly used).

Upon logging the credit I had waited days before it reached a point where I wanted the payment reversed. Instead I was provided a voucher. This is not okay.

Decided to phone them today and spent in excess of 160 minutes on-hold over 3 phone calls - still waiting.
