Poor service and ********* business conduct

I ordered and paid for an item which cost R11569 order number 359679 on February 3, 2024 then the order was being processed all along and after 10 days on February 13, 2024 Snatcher cancels my order without giving me a reason. I receive an email from one of the support agents requesting my banking details for them to process a refund. If Snatcher knew that they couldn't fulfil the order why wait all this time holding on to my money only to cancel my order on the expected delivery date.
