Poor service

I bought 3 water faucets from Snatcher. I tested 1 which was not working so I decided to return all 3 because there would have been a chance the other 2 would not work and I didn't want to open the boxes. The package was scheduled to be collected on the 30 July 2020. On the 19 August 2020 I saw a Courier Guy vehicle delivering at the local Pick and Pay and handed the package to him. 22 Emails and a string of phone calls and I still haven't received my refund. I emailed the director Dirk this morning. Let's hope I get a full refund plus more because it is 6 weeks later.
