Poor Service

Decided to give Snatcher a try with a Black Friday Air Fryer Special on the 26th Nov. First the Payflex payment show an error online, so you are not sure if it were successful. Did get an email after that it went through. Then no communication. A week and a day later they realised the item is now suddenly out of stock!

A day after the original order I placed another order. Only to receive a message after a week that the original colour that I picked was now unavailable.

Two orders, both with issues. Very poor service and I will think long and hard before ordering again. Will rather pay more and receive better service!
