Poor service

Placed an order on the 28th of August, no communication received from snatcher, emailed snatcher on the 09 September and requested refund into my bank account. Snatcher responded by 9th of September that the order did not reflect and will verify with accounts department. 14th September I followed up for feedback, Snatcher responds on the 22nd of December that they have received the funds and would i like a store credit. Bank details provided on the 29th September and still no refund as off the 18th October. 10 days short of two months that snatcher is ***** dealing an a query.
