POOR SERVICE

I have shopped with Snatcher online store before and did not have any issues, i received regular updates on my orders and deliveries were within a week or so.

Recently the service has become extremely poor, whereby i ordered an item that they could not source. I had to email them every few days for an update on my order when i was informed almost 2 weeks later that they could not get the item from the supplier. Why are items advertised if they cannot be sourced?

I now have to wait for my refund and e-mail Dorothy again for an update on my refund( a week later). I am extremely dissapointed at the service, turnaround time and overall experience.

I may now have to look at other online stores for future purchases.
