Poor service

I have ordered twice on snatcher - they first time they didn’t have stock of what I ordered. I had to email them for two weeks with regards to a refund. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, this time something else. 2 times were not sent with the parcel. I have emailed them and I have had no response. I would not recommend snatcher.
