Poor service

On 11 March I placed an order. Yesterday 27 March I received an email that stated my parcel was collected by courier and is on its way. Today 28 March just now I received an email that said one of the items I ordered they are no longer able to supply. So how was it shipped yesterday if they don't have stock today? It's my first time ordering from them and this is so far very poor service. Will see if they do a refund like they said in email. Will keep you posted.
