POOR SERVICE

I ordered a gift, making sure I had enough time for 10d ay delivery, the product was NOT delivered, I emailed and asked and got the standard email in reply stating their delivery times. Eventually they got back to me saying (after 3 weeks) that they dont have the product any more. I asked for a refund, this was 5th July 2023. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!
