Poor service

I have a bad experience with the supplier. Purchased online good for a client since my company does branding. The items were available on their system thus I made payment. When goods arrived i was sold a different colour to one i paid for. Informed them and to ease the process (after they themselved confessed as to that their system was not updated) I informed them would return goods on my expense. I further agreed the 15% cut they will take as per their policy so that refund can be processed quickly. Their received items and in mint condition but now inform me that refund will take 7-10 days for a mere electonic payment. This is not on their refund policy and this is why am upset as after 2 weeks on my client waiting for me to deliver items i still need to brand this company does not have sympathy with their client. They are aware that they are at the wrong but i met them half way, still they are giving me a hard time refunding my money. Bad service did i mention that they dont have telephonic communucation as their number does not work anymore.
