Poor service

I bought a smart watch in September and paid R330, the charge would flashes and dies, they requested for a video as evidence. After collection they never came back to me, On my follow up they said unit works fine. I was issued R159 Voucher from R330. I requested for refund on 19 Oct they advised will be processed within 7 days. On my follow up they apologies for inconvenience ended up avoid me. No refund till today
