Poor service

This is the second bad experience in less then 2 months that I have experienced with this online company.I have made my purchase 1 month ago and still have not received my order.Everytime I enquire via email,since that is the only platform of communication if I am lucky I would get a response that they awaiting feedback from their supplier,or be ignored totally.The first time I purchased I had the very same issue,but still decided to purchase for the second time thinking they will deliver better customer service and my shopping experience will be different this time ,little did I know that this company has little or no value for their customers.There is no form of communication except an email and their after care service is unacceptable. I have made payment in full and have not received any assistance .I am utterly disappointed in myself for thinking to support you for the second time.Should I get no constructive response I will be taking this matter further and reaching out to Wendy Noala.
