Poor service

Their customer service is extremely poor. I ordered 3 sets of fairy lights from them in December. They contacted me to inform me that my preferred colour is out of stock and offered an alternative colour. When my goods arrived it was only one set. I had to contact them to find out what happened to the other two, and was informed that it wat out of stock. Was offered a voucher but chose to have the monies refunded. Which has still not been done. Why are they placing items for sale which they don't have in stock? And why couldn't anyone take the time to pick up a phone or write an email to inform me that 2 of the 3 items are out of stock and offer other options, like taking another product, getting a refund, etc, before the order was sent out for delivery. VERY very poor service.
