Poor Service

I loved the free shipping offered. However, a few days after my purchase I received a message with a parcel tracking link. Whilst following this link I noticed my package was headed in the wrong direction. I called the courier who confirmed they correct address n location the parcel should go but said they haven't yet collected the package. I emailed snatcher to ask why the courier n the parcel tracking link don't correspond and request a refund should the parcel not reach me in 3 days as this was snatchers time frame for delivery. I then get an email again with a parcel tracking link stating that the parcel is on route and they've given me the wrong address. I then email them again to correct the address and eventually got the package at the end of business on the 7th day after purchase.
