Poor service

Poor service. I ordered an item on the 26 May 2024 was notified that the item was packed and ready to be collected with an indication that courierguy will be delivering . I followed up on the 7 June only to be informed that the item was dispatched. Inwas given the waybill number. I followed up with the courier guys on the 10th June to be informed that the item was not collected as yet. They asked me f0r signed proof that the item was collected by them. I have all the reference numbers and emails. I don't have the proof as this would be in the possession of Snatcher. Again I followed up with Snatcher and they investigated to say it was not dispatched. I followed up again today 12 June and have nothing a response. This is extremely poor service for an item i have paid in full for
