Poor service

Your service is very poor. This is the 3rd time I perchase items on this site and I've never received a complete order. From the first and second time I requested a refund and I was told that they have resent the items that were missing, of which I never received. Now I've decided to try again and I ordered 3 items guess what, my order was incomplete. No explanation was made up until I complained and they said my other missing item will arrive separately. I'm still waiting for that item till today. The previous missing Items I don't think that I will ever receive or ever get a refund
