Poor return/exchange service

They have delivered my products and their communication was good during delivery but then my nightmare began when I found one item not working and the other one being wrong...I have been having back and forth via emails with them for close to two weeks now. I have sent pictures of item, proof of payment and requested for items to be refunded and replaced...there is no action from their side. For this reason, would stay away from Snatcher. Poor return/exchange service.
