Poor return service from Snatcher

When you purchase goods from Snatcher online you have to be willing to deal with an extremely frustrating process of trying to return items. I purchased two items from them a month ago and am still waiting for them to replace it! One of the items was delivered with pieces missing from the box and the other just does not work. There isn't a number you can call to sort out any issues you have. They have an email system for returns and the service is really poor.
