Poor response and slow refunds

I placed three different orders with Snatcher. 10,12 & 13th November 2023. Order of 10th - feedback received on 22 Nov - one item out of stock. I was offered a refund and sent through my banking details on 23 Nov. I was told the refund has a turnaround time of 7 days. I am still waiting. Order of the 12th - feedback received on 29 Nov - all items on order our of stock. I was offered a refund and I resent my banking details on the same day. still waiting for the refund. Order of the 13th - delivered in full on 25 Nov. I have sent several follow-up emails and have not received any response to date. And when you phone their number there is a recorded message without being able to speak to a person. I will not be using Snatcher again
