Poor quality products.

I purchased a 20000maH power bank and 2 led headlamp. The powerbank was marked as 30 000 maH on the bo and power bank when trying to charge my Samsung which has a 4 000 maH battery it only charged 40% then the powerbank was flat, I charged the powerbank to 100% as per the indicator on the powerbank. Then tried again to charge my phone, same result after 40% the powerbank was flat.

When using the headlamps the just fitted on my head even with the elastic a full stretch when I tried to take them off the switch cable snapped out of the housing and stopped working.
