Poor quality product sold by Snatcher and abysmal response to complaint.

The service was very good and delivery was faster than promised. I was very impressed until I assembled the item (clothes rack) and it broke 5 minutes later under less load than they claimed the item can carry - I weighed the items to confirm that it was not overloaded just to be sure. When complaining to Snatcher they indicated that I cannot return it as it is broken and they cannot do anything with a broken item. Neither can I! They took absolutely no responsibility for selling a poor quality product. Buyer beware!
