POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS

I could give them 0 if there was. They don't even deserve 1 star. I purchased a blender just before December holidays and started using it in Jan this year. The blender could not even blend a Banana smooth, it would have lumps. It also had a smoke and smell like a burning cable. I informed them of the issue and they said they will collect the blender but no collection and communication from them to date. I am sitting here with a blender that does not work. I was a first time customer and I will never purchase any goods from them ever again.
