Poor quality of product
I bought a magic spin mop (R199.00 +R79.00 courier fees). Although the handle if steel it's bendable and the screen that should secure the 2 parts of the mop keep coming loose, but I'm unable to return this product as it's been used. What a waste of my money!!!

I was blown away how speedily my complaint was handled and it was a pleasure dealing with him even if only on email. It is truly inspiring to see this level of service in this millennium.
