Poor Quality and False Adverti*****t

I ordered a shoe organizer a long time ago. But what was delivered was just a joke, nothing close to what was advertised. It couldn't cold not even socks, it was just a weak and useless product. I requested for a return and refund. They collected their product but never returned my money nor even credit my account. When I follow up on email, no response.

I want my money back please.
