Poor poor service in the world 🌎 7

I hv never received such poor service in my life with no communication. I hv placed my order on the 15th Jan this people don't see a need of communicating, is like they are **** . They are competing with onedayonly. Stote and they can't meet the demand, they are sitting with my R 341,but no update, this is so *********** such business is not needed online. Service is so so poor,

Can someone be decent enough and tell me wht is happening. Or it's a **** or wht.
