Poor poor service

Poor poor service.Delivery never arrived when promised. The product cannot be assembled .Nobody gets back to you with a problem.I am still sitting with a geadboard that cannot be assembled Very unimpressed They give a number to phone but they dint take any calls o that number and the email is never responded to
