Poor Disappointing Products and Service "Snatcher"

On Tuesday, 12 Nov’19 first received a phone call from the courier service used by Snatcher called The Courier Guy; this man was so rude because his delivery instructions were not clear. Then when we opened the package, two of the items bought was a concern; firstly the “Multi-Layer Remote Control Organizer” was broken, then we found the “LCD Writing Tablet – Colored” was unable to show the written colours as advertised. We paid for the more expensive “Colour Tablet “and received the cheap alternative with one colour. I sent my concerns to *** and received a prompt response; I should just take a photo of the broken product. I then enquired what will be done regarding the Writing Table. The response was as follow “the LCD tablet won’t show because you need to write on it”. I fail to understand how a person would purchase something without knowing the purpose of the product! I then resent a long description with screenshots of the wrong product delivered compared to my initial order. No response from Snatcher. Therefore I also find it true that if you complain and they need to either replace of refund, one gets no service. But if you buy, it’s all good. This is the second time that we are disappointed in Snatcher Products. Will not recommend them or support them again.
