Poor delivery service

I will never! Order from Snatcher again, i ordered sleepers two weeks back but i haven't receive my order. I keep getting messages that my order couldn't be delivered when i call them they said the driver did came but i never got a call from the driver to tell me they are outside. I want my refund clear the delivery guys in Pretoria are a mess they don't know what they are doing
