Poor Customer Service & Unprofessionalism, don't order from them

Worst customer service from these people. I ordered 2 watches on the 1st of Feb. Got no communication from them I kept on sending emails regarding my order, they only rep**** on the 12th of Feb updating that they will check with their dispatch team regarding my order. On the 15th Feb they send an email telling me since I have ordered 2 watches only 1 watch is in stock.... Imagine they only communicate after 3 days. 1 watch was dispatched & delivered. They asked me if I want a refund or I will order another item of same value, I opted to order an item of same value but when I aksed them via if I will be charged for delivery again since the issue was on their side, they never bothered to answer all my emails to them its been a week now still no communication. Very unprofessional & poor customer service from Snatcher.
