Poor Customer Service - Severely Late Delivery
No customer service at all! You cannot call them and it takes 2 days for them to respond with a standard response to an email. There is no person to contact just this one email!
My goods as per their own delivery terms are now overdue yet when you request feedback they send you the same delivery terms over and over. I am now going to try and get my money back which will probably take 10 working days to get to me - if at all!
I will NEVER buy from them again!

15 Sept 2023, 15:24They have contacted me telephonically and assured me the order will be fast tracked and the answer to a possible ETA on the delivery was responded to bring Monday18th or Tuesday 19th September to which I agreed. The follow up email I requested however only stated that they will fast track it leaving the ETA open in writing. Only time will tell if they will be honourably and keep to the agreed ETA. Will keep you posted.

19 Sept 2023, 11:23It is today the 19th and my order is still in process - not even packed! You are officially over the maximum days YOU stated it would be. I am no longer interested in negotiating never ending extensions on delivery times. Either I get my goods today or please cancel the order. I will never frustrate me with Snatcher again.
