Poor customer service on Snatcher

Order number 330599 Since I returned an incorrect item that was delivered to me by snatcher even today I am failing to get my ordered universal charger which I have paid for it. No updates no communication unless I enquire, the service is sooo poor. Now am stuck with my laptop I can't work because it's dead. The order was placed on the 6th November 2023 now we have entered December😭😭😭
