Poor customer service. Late delivery. Wrong sizes. Bad quality.

There is a sales agent named Andile Mncube, who refuses to help me and is noncompliant in terms of the Customer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Furthermore, Andile has refused to respond to my emails (see latest screenshot of email). The item I ordered was delivered nearly two months later - the order was only processed after I queried. The packaging was damaged (see photographs). Their products are small to size. Products are of cheap quality.
