Poor customer service, lack of communication

I placed and order with them in the 21st October 2021 and received it today 04 October 2021. I had ordered 2 items but only delivered 1, and there was no communication whatsoever from them, only after I called them I was advised that the other item was out of stock. I feel like they don't really care about good customer, otherwise they would've advised me on what's going but they just kept quiet
