Poor customer service / feedback
I ordered a weight bench from Snatcher.co.za on 25 February 2021. I received no other feedback and on 09 March 2021 someone just sent me a business Whatsapp to tell me that they can't get my product anymore and if I want a refund.
Now i have to E-mail them my bank details and wait 48 Hours just for a response. Offered me store credit but no thanks, wont be shopping with them again.
