Poor Customer Service

I have purchased two faucet from Snatcher. And in my order I requested them to ship one Top Mount Faucet type and one Wall Mount Faucet type. They totally ignored my request and continue to send me one Top Mount Faucet type without even telling me that they don't have what I am requesting for. I even sent an email to them on the same day I place an order to actually telling them what I am looking for. Customer Support Agent by the name of Kgothatso Motlabane rep**** but she / he did not address my request. This was her responds:

Could you please kindly advise if you would like to add the items in question to your order Thank you, Kind Regards Kgothatso Motlabane ~ Customer Support Agent Snatcher Online I rep**** below is my reply: Good day, No I am not adding anything I already ordered those two taps. This is my order number SNT***0. And I want you to deliver one Top Mount type and one Wall Mount type that makes two taps. I am helping you to avoid sending me two taps of the same type. I want Top and Wall mount types. She never rep**** ever since to tell me as whether they have what I am looking for, they jus delivered two faucet of the same type which is Top Mount Faucet.
