Poor customer service

I bought a cellphone from them and there is something wrong with the phone the battery lasts only a half hour and the speaker on phone is broken I took it to my cell phone shop and the guy told me it can't be fixed as the back of the phone is made of glass if they open it the glass will break. I send them numerous emails to sort out the problem but they give me the same answer. Wait 48 Hours and every time the 48 Hours pass by nothing is resolved. If you send a new email the same answer. I am so upset and disgusted with this people. What upsets me most is that I must still pay them for this piece of junk. And the phones they sell are copy phones. So people please beware if you buy a cellphone from them you won't be able to have it fixed if the thing breaks
