POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
place an order from snatcher. parcel arrived with two incorrect items. Communicated with them via email. Received feedback that they will come to collect the parcel. The days that the courier came to collect the parcel I was not @ home. Snatcher did not confirm any dates for pick up. they now want me to courier the parcel to them on my expense. Snatcher was @ fault, since dispatch, as they did not check the order. Now they refuse to collect the parcel and request that I courier it back to them on my expense, yet it was their fault. very poor customer service. The customer support: Tashriek Rustin an on line agent, emails were sent to her. I have now given up and will keep the incorrect items. I am not sure if anyone experienced this type of service from Snatcher Online. thanking you regards jainey
Much Appreciated for your feedback. However, if the above reply was advised via the email received from yourselves on the 2 Jan 2024, it would not have been necessary to go to HelloPeter. The email reply was once again instructing me to send the parcel via the courier on my expense. I will wait for your agent to communicated, once again with your feedback. I had no choice however to give the incorrect items (solar fairy lights). which was not according to my order ,as CHRISTMAS GIFTS. Many Thanks Regards Jainey
