Poor customer service. Can not get any reply

Placed an order during lockdown so was aware delivery May take some time once opened. That being said I was told my package would arrive yesterday and nothing. I have emailed and called numerous times over last few days with no reply which is the frustrating part and poor customer service. E-commerce Space is competitive so no need for me to give them any further business
