Poor Customer Service

Ordered 2 x lamps from Snatcher.

Delivery took extremely long and when the order was delivered, both items in the box were damaged.

I've sent several emails to Snatcher to arrange a return of the damaged stock, but have not received any feedback whatsoever.

Extremely disappointed with their service.
