Poor customer service

It is appalling, my query is still unresolved. I am due to receive a refund for a USED air fryer I returned back to them, but Snatcher is unresponsive.

I wilI not be buying from this biz again I am awaiting R1000 refund. I will be referring the matter to the Ombudsman, if the refund is not in my account by the end of this week.
