Poor customer service

Turnaround time is pathetic..only after sending them an email enquiring about my parcel did they start emailing me and keeping me updated.. Once received and the parcel was opened did I sadly realise my full order wasn't sent. Requested for a refund, let's see how long that takes.. Terrible experience, would not buy from them again.
