Poor customer service

I ordered items on the 27th October 2020, till today no communication or update. The items I ordered from other platforms same day has already arrived 3 days after I submitted my order. It's been 7days now still waiting for my order. The least you can do is to communicate with customers and let them know what causes a delay, I payed for delivery and therefore it shouldn't take long to courier my order.
