POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABILITY

To be honest delivery time was so long that I almost forgot that I had ordered. I ordered four items, and I received only three items and I have sent an email to request the item that I did not receive about a week ago and nobody bothered to respond to my email. I am very disappointed with their customer care and reliability.
