Poor customer service and failure to refund

I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks for my refund, and I am still waiting. First they could not get the product I purchased, and offered another one in the place, but then also told me they cannot get the product THEY have offered me, and when I asked for my refund, NOTHING HAPPENS. Their policy states 7 days, and it’s been more than two weeks. I would not recommend Snatcher to ANYONE!!
