Poor customer service
Presently 1 star is the best I can do for Snatcher. I had a bad experience with the supply of a USED air fryer @ R1000. The pics of the unit I submitted was accepted and I then sent the unit back. I was promised upon receipt of the item within 7 days I would receive the cash refund. It is going now to 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund.
