Poor customer service

their customer service is very poor,i bought a lunchbox that is suppose to keep food warm. well the lunch box cannot even keep food warm for 15 minutes.when I told the customer service persons ,that I wanted to return the item they ignored me.I have send several emails and they are still ignoring me.
